I have been working with Darien for about five months and it has been absolutely wonderful and life changing. About ten months ago I was involved in a serious ATV accident. After recovering the bare minimum strength and flexibility for most of my body I recognized that I was far from the place I wanted to be. Too be frank it was depressing since I love being active and flexible and I was unable to do so many basic things that I took for granted before. Then, my sister dragged me along to a barn class hosted by Darien and everything changed. My posture has improved along with my flexibility and I feel stronger with regions of my body that I didn't know even existed. I believe everyone should take advantage of her sessions especially since they are so worth the price compared to what you receive from the class.
